1. Return Window
At vidspark, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your abaya.
2. Conditions for Return
Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please ensure the fabric is free from perfumes, makeup, or odors.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made abayas or sale items are not eligible for refunds unless a manufacturing defect is present.
4. The Refund Process
Once inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Stripe). Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.
5. Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs. For UAE customers, we can help arrange a courier for a flat fee.
